Anodizing, zinc plating, and nickel plating for one-off, small-batch, and repeat production work
MFA provides metal finishing services for manufacturing and industrial customers who need dependable results and consistent execution.
Our primary focus is anodizing, zinc plating, and nickel plating, which make up the majority of our production work. We support a mix of one-off, small-batch, and repeat production runs, depending on customer needs and program requirements.
For many customers, metal finishing is a final or near-final step in the manufacturing process. Quality, process control, and communication at this stage directly affect downstream assembly, delivery schedules, and customer commitments. We take that responsibility seriously.
Metal Finishers of Atlanta is owner-led and actively managed, with a deliberate focus on strengthening operating fundamentals. Our current priorities include:
Rather than chasing volume or unnecessary complexity, we are focused on tightening execution so outcomes are consistent and predictable—regardless of run size.
Our goal is straightforward: to be a finishing partner customers can rely on without constant oversight, and a shop where standards are clear, work is repeatable, and expectations are met.

Adds durable, consistent color to aluminum components while maintaining corrosion resistance and dimensional stability.
Creates a thick, wear-resistant oxide layer for aluminum parts that require increased durability in demanding environments.
Combines the wear resistance of hard anodizing with controlled color for applications where durability and identification are both required.

Provides sacrificial corrosion protection for steel components commonly used in industrial and commercial applications.

Applies a uniform nickel coating with excellent corrosion resistance and consistent thickness, including on complex geometries.

Enhances corrosion protection and paint adhesion for aluminum and zinc-plated components.

Adds lubricity and reduces friction on finished parts, improving wear performance and functional reliability.

Removes free iron from stainless steel surfaces to improve corrosion resistance without affecting part dimensions.
